Individual Therapy
50 minutes--$175
We will explore areas of pain and struggle as well as identifying and cultivating your inherent strengths. I work with both teenagers and adults.

Therapy looks different for everyone because we all come with our unique stories, trials and attributes. My job is to create an environment of safety and fundamental acceptance, where we can begin to set goals that promote healing and challenge you to meet your full potential.
Relationship Therapy
50 minutes--$200
​In couples work I use the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Counseling (PACT) to address struggles with communication, sex and intimacy, big life transitions, and infidelity, moving you towards a secure functioning relationship. My goal is to help you become experts in reading each other's road maps.
3-Hour EMDR Intensive
3 hours--$600
I offer 3-hour EMDR Intensives to process single-event and complex traumas. This is a good opportunity to process single event traumas to completion. In processing multiple or complex trauma, a 3 hour intensive can give time to create a treatment plan, practice resourcing and begin reprocessing, which can take several individual sessions.
6-Hour EMDR Intensive
6 Hours--$1,200
I offer 6-hour EMDR Intensives to process single-event and complex traumas. A 6 hour intensive can often result in processing what would take several months to work through and is ideal for shock trauma and complex trauma reprocessing.

Out-of-Network Benefits
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network (OON) benefits. If you would like to utilize your OON benefits you are responsible for the full fee at the time of your session and I can provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance for full or partial reimbursement. For more information on this option please discuss with me prior to our first session.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24-hours for cancellations
If you are unable to provide 24-hours notice for cancelled appointments you are responsible for paying the session fee. I will charge the card on file at the scheduled appointment time.
